“Featuring a line-up of authors, thinkers, celebrities, political figures, journalists and opinion formers, the Richmond upon Thames Literature Festival is a calendar highlight for the borough and further afield. The festival features a wide-ranging programme of events set in prestigious heritage locations as well as galleries, arts centres and universities across the borough. The festival features a fringe programme with a focus on live literature, spoken word and poetry from some of the UK’s most exciting artists. Workshops for all age groups, promoting creative writing, blogging, script writing, poetry and podcasting provide opportunities for everyone to actively take part.”
